Columbus Thursday Night Women’s Self Defense Classes

Tommy Tizzle is the Columbus ticket for the best Women’s self defense class this side of the Pecos. I’m not entirely sure where the Pecos is, but I still stand by my statement.

6:00PM every Thursday. First class is free. OSU students are welcome. It’s fun, and a good workout, with realistic self defense… and if I know Tom, it’s got an AWESOME sound track.
